3 hours, 1 hour multimedia laboratory; 3 creditsSecond in a three-semester introductory sequence. Continued emphasis on basic social functions, simple conversations, readings, and writing. Narration and description of past and future events. Increased understanding of the cultures where Spanish is spoken. Qualifies as a LOTE (Language Other Than English) course for Pathways College Option purposes.Prerequisite: Spanish *1010 or the appropriate score on the Brooklyn College online placement test.
