3 hours, 1 hour multimedia laboratory; 3 creditsSecond in a three-semester introductory sequence. Continuedemphasis on basic social functions, simple conversations, readings, andwriting. Narration and description of past and future events. Increasedunderstanding of the cultures where French is spoken. Qualifies as a LOTE (Language Other Than English) course for Pathways College Option purposes.Prerequisite: French *1010 or the appropriate score on the Brooklyn College online placement test.
