1 hour recitation, 1 hour lecture, 2 hours laboratory; 3 credits Digital Sculpting. Exploration of the creative possibilities of mesh modeling using software tools that allow the manipulation of the interconnected polygonal surface like sculpting in clay. Generation of digital models of physical objects for image creation, 3D printing and/or Digital Assets. Topology of models for animation and workflows involving 3D painting and 3D sculpting applications. Readings, lectures, and demonstrations. Prerequisite: ARTD 2811
