Topics include the learning and cognitive foundations of, and current scientific research supporting, the use of CBT with specific patient populations, the practical application of CBT (such as relaxation, exposure techniques, cognitive approaches, emotional regulation) and ethical considerations. Prerequisite: Psychology 1000 and 2810.
